– There is an audio guide available onboard our boats. The audio is available in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Catalan, Turkish, Polish, Thai, Indonesian, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, and Hindi.
– You may only exit the boat when the cruise has finished.
– Our closed boats are heated when it is cold outside. However, we advise dressing warmly and bringing an umbrella for the time between arrival at the quay and the boat’s departure.
– There is no bar on board.
– Our boats are accessible to people who can stand and walk a few steps unassisted. Strollers and wheelchairs cannot be taken on board, but they can be safely placed on the quayside (please note we are not responsible for personal belongings).
– Dogs are not allowed on board, except service dogs.
– Most of our boats have a toilet, but this is not guaranteed. At the Lovers Quay by Central Station, you can use the restrooms at the Lovers Café (€1). Semi-open boats do not have toilets.
– Bringing food and drinks on board is not allowed.
– Smoking is not permitted on board, not even on the aft deck.
